Can I write a personal message instead of the city name?

Certainly! Just make sure to choose your place first and then customize the text in the field for the city name in the second step.

What sizes do you offer?

DIN A1 (59x84 cm), DIN A2 (42x59 cm), DIN A3 (30x42 cm)

What kind of payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Paypal to make a checkout easy for you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on where you want your poster to be delivered. Please note that these times are estimates.

Within Germany: 4-8 business days, outside Germany: 5-10 business days. The production time is about 2-5 business days. For transport please calculate 2-3 business days delivery time.

How much are the shipping costs?

We offer a free delivery! Shipping costs are included in the price.

What kind of paper do you use for prints?

We are using high quality 250 g/m² matt art paper.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Currently, we deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States of America. If you are interested in a delivery to a country that is not on this list, please feel free to write us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What is your return policy?

Luckily we haven't had it happen yet, but if for any reason you don't like your map poster, just send it back to us and we'll refund your purchase in full.
